Patchy dense fog has developed early this morning, especially in
river valleys and across other low-lying, more rural locations.
Fog will remain dense until shortly after sunrise, with quick
improvement expected by 10 AM.

Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibility
across short distances, with visibility in dense fog dropping to
under one-quarter of a mile. If driving, slow down, use your
headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
