Hancock County in northern West Virginia... * Until 1230 PM EDT. * At 1159 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles northeast of Cadiz, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected. * Locations impacted include... Weirton, Steubenville, Toronto, Wintersville, Mingo Junction, Follansbee, Hooverson Heights, Burgettstown, Hopedale, Jewett, Richmond, Bloomingdale, Brentwood, Unionport, East Steubenville, Rockdale, Sun Valley, Colliers, Langeloth and Slovan.
